Cheating

What is cheating? Are you actually helping a fellow student if you help them to cheat? Would you trust someone who you knew had cheated in a test? In later life, if you met someone who you knew had cheated in a test at school or college, do you think you would trust them? Do attitudes to cheating depend on upbringing, religion, culture or something else? Is cheating a serious case of academic misconduct or is it just a minor misdemeanor?
